This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you visit or shop on siehetgernso.ch (“website”, “we”, “us”).

2. What data we collect
When you visit or place an order on our website, we may process the following data:

- Phone number (if provided)
- Ordered products and order status
b) Payment data
Payments are processed by third-party providers (see section 5). We do not store full credit card details. We only receive confirmation that a payment has been completed or failed.
c) Technical data

5. Payment providers
Payments are processed via the following providers:
- Stripe
- TWINT
When you make a payment, relevant payment information is transmitted directly to the selected provider. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing. We only receive payment status and basic transaction information.
6. Google Analytics (GA4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how visitors use the website. The information generated may be transferred to servers outside Switzerland (including the USA).
We have configured Google Analytics with privacy protection in mind:
- IP anonymisation is enabled where technically possible
- Data is stored only for a limited period (14 months)
- No Google Fonts or unnecessary Google services are used
The collected information is used exclusively to improve the website and user experience.

We use only those cookies that are necessary for the operation of the website and the webshop, and for analytics purposes (Google Analytics).

We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary to fulfil the contract, for example:
- payment providers (Stripe, TWINT)
- shipping/logistics partners

No data is sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
